The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook a full three course meal if you wish with all the equipment necessary. The appliances are oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge and large freezer. Then we provide salt, pepper and cooking oil in the cottages for you to use. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There is kitchen roll, cling film and tin foil. Large dining room table overlooking the stunning views allows you to relax over a beautifully prepared meal.

A BBQ can be provided on request. We have a beautiful dining area outside where meals can be taken on a beautiful warm day. We can highly recommend the SPA at Calver for the most amazing meat supplied from the local butcher.

Each cottage and barn has a small outside area with outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or just to relax. The views from each property are stunning in all seasons. Sit back, relax and enjoy the peace.

All our bathrooms have beautiful easy to use walk in showers. Heated towel rails. Fluffy bath towels and hand towels (extra hot tub towels for those with a hot tub). Large mirror with built in light and small shaving mirror. Bath mat and hand wash. All you need to stay refreshed.

Each cottage has it’s own private entrance. Opposite each cottage door on the fence is a key safe. The code is given to you a few days before your arrival. I am always on hand to meet and greet. The barn is always unlocked with the key on the inside of the door waiting for you.

Each cottage has it’s own separate wifi and code. Yes there is wifi in each cottage. The wifi is good for where we are in the beautiful Peak District.

We have wonderful, private parking directly outside the cottage front doors. There is a clear sign for each cottage and their parking space. There are only 4 properties. Each car has a space. If more space is needed there is an overflow carpark located at the top of the drive as soon as you enter the property.

We have a wonderful laundry facility next to the cottages. We have a great 14kg washing machine and next to it a tumble dryer. There are pegs and a peg basket for those wanting the fresh Peak District air to cleanse their cloths (head through the second door and there is plenty of washing line space). We provide the laundry detergent for you as well.

The walk to the village is breathtaking. Only a 15 minute walk down the lane soaking in the most magnificent views and wandering past the Riley Graves. As you wander down past the tree line look out to your left and you can see the stunning Chatsworth House in the distance.

At the moment we do not have an EV Charger. However a short drive to the Calver Arms and the Calver cross roads and you will find the most wonderful pub that serves exceptional food, and the best bit….it has several super fast EV chargers.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets, as we strive to maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests. However, if you’d like, we can recommend reputable nearby kennels so your pet can enjoy a comfortable stay while you unwind.

We have made it really simple to book our properties. Just follow the book now button and all the instructions are there. However, if you would rather book through speaking to me in person I would be happy to do so. My telephone number is: 07921838670.

Our cottages are so cosy and warm. We have gas central heating in all three cottages and three log fires, where we provide you with a large basket of logs, fire lighters, kindling and newspaper (also instructions to help you get going).
